Emmanuel Quintero (2/01)

In September of 2001 Fred Hill read a brief article in the Caracas Daily Journal reporting the death of Emmanuel Quintero.  We will post more details here when they become available. I remember him as a lively, friendly person - and his emails to me this year reflected that same personality. He will be missed.
